We accept payments thru PayPal, all major Debit and Credit cards, and e-checks. All e-checks must be clear before your order can be processed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ! This is standard policy when dealing with formal wear, which is sometimes worn only once. Because the items in my shop are often being purchased & used for photography purposes only I do not offer refunds/returns. If you feel the item you received is misrepresented or that is damaged in shipping please contact me immediately! Thanks in advance for your understanding.
However, we will happily exchange if there is a problem with sizing, color etc., please contact us withing 24 hours of receiving. If an exchange is agreed upon, your item MUST be shipped back within 3 days of receipt of your item(s). Delivery confirmation is considered receipt of your item. All exchanges only valid for ONE time! NOTE: We will not accept exchange if the item appears worn or is damaged or if it is past period of 3 days. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanges unless it's a mistake made on our end then we will gladly cover the cost.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
It's important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Pink Peony Boutique is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping address filled out by the customer upon checkout.
We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship, but once order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen.
Additionally, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please also note that in some occasion, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
