We accept payments thru PayPal, all major Debit and Credit cards, and e-checks. All e-checks must be clear before your order can be processed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Unfortunately Pink Peony Boutique does not currently offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise purchased on our website.
It's important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. Pink Peony Boutique is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping address filled out by the customer upon checkout.
We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We be sure to assist you with the carrier used to ship, but once order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen.
Additionally, all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Please also note that in some occasion, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
